6. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

All sessions and consultations must be booked in advance through Estanar Consulting’s website according to the available schedule.
If the Client wishes to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, they must notify Estanar Consulting’s customer service via the official WhatsApp number or by email at info@estanar.org, at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
The Client is allowed to reschedule a session up to two times only, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If a session is postponed by the Client for more than 60 days without notifying customer service or the consultant, the session will be automatically canceled without any compensation.
If the Client requests a permanent cancellation of upcoming sessions, they forfeit the right to resume any previous sessions and must book a new session in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

7. Payment and Financial Policy

Session fees must be paid in advance through the available electronic payment methods provided on Estanar Consulting’s website.
The Website reserves the right to modify or update service fees, or to impose new charges at any time, in accordance with its operational policies and service requirements.
Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply as outlined in the Booking and Cancellation Policy available on the Website.
The Client is not entitled to a refund once a session has been fully completed, whether it is an individual session or part of a session package.
If the Client fails to attend a booked session, the full session fee will be charged, with no full or partial refund or compensation.
If the Client wishes to cancel a booking and request a refund, they must notify Estanar Consulting’s customer service via the official WhatsApp number or by email at info@estanar.org within 72 hours from the date of booking confirmation.
The Website reserves the right to accept or decline refund requests at its sole discretion, in accordance with its approved financial policy.

8. Disclaimer

The services provided by Estanar Consulting are based on the information and data submitted by the User during registration or during sessions. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided.
Neither the Website nor its consultants guarantee any specific or consistent results from counseling or consultation sessions, as outcomes and responses vary from person to person depending on various personal and professional factors.
Estanar Consulting and its consultants shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the User’s misunderstanding of the nature of the service, misuse of the service, or failure to follow the guidance provided during the session.
The Website shall not be responsible for any personal or professional decisions made by the User based on the content of the sessions or the recommendations provided.
